Booking Policies & Terms – Summary

Please review the following service policies before requesting an appointment.
Our full Terms & Client Agreement will be presented during the booking process and must be acknowledged before your appointment is confirmed.

These policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and smooth experience for both clients and your maid.

1. Booking an Appointment

Appointments must be requested through the booking form on the website.​

• All confirmations and communication will take place via email.​

• Appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advance

• All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment

• An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received

• An available time slot on the website does not guarantee availability until confirmation is sent.​

Clients must be 21 years of age or older to book services.

No individuals under the age of 21 may be present in the residence during the appointment, including children or babies.

2. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash

• Venmo

• Apple Pay

The remaining balance is due at the start of the appointment.

Failure to pay the remaining balance at the start of the appointment will result in refusal of service.

Tipping is appreciated but never required.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations with proper notice receive a full deposit refund•

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable

•  No-shows are non-refundable

Emergencies or illness may be considered case-by-case at the discretion of your maid.

If services are terminated by the client after the appointment has begun, an early termination fee of $50 may apply.

4. Travel & Location

A $30/hour round-trip travel fee applies to all appointments.

Clients must provide accurate address and access information during booking.

Delays caused by incorrect or missing information may reduce the available service time.

5. Age Requirement & Identification

This service is strictly 21+.

Clients must provide a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the booking.

• ID must be submitted securely during booking

• ID will be verified in person upon arrival

Identification is used only for age and identity verification and is kept strictly confidential.

If identification cannot be verified, service will be refused without refund.

6. Cleaning Supplies​

Clients are responsible for providing all cleaning supplies and equipment required for the appointment.

Your maid will perform services to the best of their ability using the supplies provided.​

For safety reasons:

• Harsh or corrosive chemicals will not be used

• Only standard household cleaning products should be provided​

Because protective skin barriers are not worn during service, products that may cause irritation or chemical burns may be declined.

7. Safety, Security & Environment​

The work environment must be safe, accessible, and free of hazards.

Clients must ensure:

• Clear access to all work areas

• Clear exits and walkways

• A safe and respectful environment

• Pets must be secured away from work areas for the duration of the appointment.

• No additional individuals may be present unless discussed and approved in advance.

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or accessibility needs prior to the appointment.

For safety purposes, a discreet safety monitor may be present in an agreed-upon area during appointments. Their presence is strictly for protection and does not interfere with services.

8. Conduct & Professional Boundaries​

A respectful and professional environment is required at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Physical contact of any kind•

• Sexual contact or sexual advances

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation

• Aggressive or unsafe behavior

• Inappropriate conduct​

This is a zero-tolerance policy.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to authorities if necessary.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Discretion is a priority.

The following are strictly prohibited during appointments:

• Photography

• Video recording

• Audio recording

• Security cameras actively recording the service area

Clients must maintain confidentiality regarding the identity of your maid.

​

Personal information collected for booking is never sold or shared with third parties, except when legally required.

All client data is handled securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations.

10. Liability

Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment.

Clients may be responsible for damages or injuries resulting from:

• Unsafe conditions

• Failure to disclose hazards

• Misconduct or policy violations

Services are performed using client-provided supplies, and your maid is not responsible for damages resulting from those products.

Your maid is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from conditions outside of her control.

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Service may be refused or immediately terminated if:

• The remaining balance is not paid at the start of the appointment

• Identification requirements are not met

• Policies are violated

• The environment is unsafe

• Behavior is inappropriate or threatening

If service is terminated due to policy violations, no refunds will be issued.

12. Special Requests

Special requests are welcome.

Please communicate any requests clearly during booking so expectations can be aligned in advance.

Availability of special requests may depend on scheduling, preparation time, or equipment.
